
Location: The entrance to the pens of Nus Gral. Huge filthy metal gates set into a high wall, you can hear the bellows from within. The ground in front of the gates is a slurry of mud and snow, that has been pounded by thousands of beasts.
Premise: The gates themselves have a terrible guard. Only a monster could keep order in these pens and be trusted enough by Nus himself to oversee the camp. The gates are overseen by a Mandalorian known only as ‘Old Merc’ astride a fearsome Rancor! If the strike team heading for Nus himself is going to have any chance of success your team will have to defeat the gate’s guardian! Players roll cool for initiative
Opposition: Old Merc on a rancor, 2 squads of four beast minders.

Player note: The thick mud makes movement difficult, if a PC makes two move maneuvers in the same turn they suffer an additional two strain.
Old Merc is adversary 2 and silhouette 3. He has two initiative slots, one normal and one at the end of the round.
