With all the floating successes for folks to make use of (potentially) seemed like a thread to coordinate them makes sense.

The best rate we can get on floating successes to hack points is 1:1
Part 1:
0 failures -> 1 success
even successes -> odd successes
Part 2/3:
0 failures -> 1 success
even failures -> odd failures
Parts 4:
0 failures -> 1 success
success -> more successes
If anyone happens to succeed on tech for part 4, we can effectively count every floating success as a real success.

According to my spreadsheet, we have 7 Hack Points, 8 floating successes, and 10 rolls to which we can apply them 1:1, for a total of 15 Hack Points.
Good news: this gets us exactly 3 upgrades.
Bad news: we cannot spend our floating successes to have 6 people all typing on Rece's keyboard in part 4.
